
Shipping
Every order is shipped from Germany. Orders are dispatched approximately 2-5 working days after receipt of order. Deviating delivery times are stated in the product description.
Our orders up to a value of €49 are sent as a consignment. Above that, they are sent as an insured parcel. With insured parcel shipping, you will receive a tracking number. There is no tracking number for consignments.
If an order cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for the proper return shipping and the original shipping costs. Please note that we accept no responsibility for orders that are deemed to have been delivered or for which delivery attempts have been made unsuccessfully.
Please note that unexpected delays with the parcel service provider can occasionally occur. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this and cannot accept responsibility for longer waiting times.
Delivery to a Packstation or parcel shop is unfortunately not possible at the moment.
Once you have placed an order on our website, cancellation is generally no longer possible. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet and would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mindmuseworld.com. We will do our best to process your request before shipping, but we cannot guarantee this.

Customs duties & taxes
We offer worldwide shipping. All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. We cannot cover or refund these costs. Since fees vary from country to country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
